Role Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive flight and ground instruction across various phases of pilot training. This includes, but is not limited to, providing instruction for Instrument Rating (IR), Single-Engine (SE), Multi-Engine (ME), and Multi-Engine Piston (MEP) authorizations. Instructors will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure strict adherence to all aviation regulations and internal training protocols.
Minimum Requirements
Licenses and Ratings:
- Possession of a valid Flight Instructor (FI) license.
- Must hold Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Engine (ME), and a Frozen ATPL license.
- The FI license must include IR/SE, IR/ME, and MEP authorizations.
- Type rating is not required for this position, as comprehensive training will be provided by Turkish Airlines Flight Academy.
- Applicants must hold licenses issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) of Turkey.
Medical and Language Proficiency:
- Holds a current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Achieved ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Proficiency in both English and Turkish languages is required.
General Qualifications:
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Has no record of receiving any written penalty due to flight fault or indiscipline.
- Possesses no criminal record.
- For male candidates, military service must be completed or a valid exemption obtained.
- Has not previously been terminated from any organization, including Turkish Airlines or its subsidiary companies, due to indiscipline.
