Job Title: Yoga Instructor (Aerial Yoga Specialist)
The Mora Zanzibar is seeking a vibrant and professional Yoga Instructor to join our team. This full-time, year-round position is open to local residents as well as EU and UK nationals interested in relocating. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional fitness and wellbeing experiences while maintaining the high service standards of TUI.
About the Role
The Yoga Instructor is responsible for creating and delivering a diverse range of fitness sessions, including Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, and exercise-to-music classes. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering wellbeing sessions and sport-based daytime entertainment for guests of all ages and nationalities.

Maintaining a guest-centric approach through consistent, high-quality interaction.

Ensuring the highest standards of safety and service quality in alignment with TUI operational requirements.
Candidate Requirements

Must possess a formal certification in Yoga, with mandatory proficiency in Aerial Yoga.

Professional, fun, and vibrant personality with the ability to work both independently and within an international team.

Fully conversational in English (additional languages are advantageous).

Strong personal background and passion for sports, fitness, and wellbeing.

Flexible, adaptable, and capable of performing well under pressure.

Willingness to complete all necessary in-house training and certifications.

Desired, though not mandatory, qualifications include: Group Fitness, Aqua Aerobics, Exercise to Music, Autogenic Training, PMR, Calisthenics, and Animal Flow.

Monthly salary starting at 1500 USD Gross, including employer social security contributions per local labor law.
