Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, safety-conscious, and team-oriented Corporate Pilot to join our established Part 91 flight department. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of company personnel and guests on domestic and international flights. Pilots will operate within a professionally managed department supported by a dedicated aviation facility, full-time scheduling support, and an in-house maintenance staff. This position offers a favorable work-life balance with 250-300 flight hours per year and a predictable weekend and holiday on-call rotation. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates who reside within one hour of the Akron-Canton Airport.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and promote a culture of safety while ensuring efficient flight operations and high-level customer service.

Provide leadership and guidance to flight crews, ensuring adherence to safety standards and optimal performance.

Manage the safe and efficient operation of flights, including pre-flight planning and post-flight procedures.

Ensure compliance with all relevant FAA, ICAO, and company regulations and policies.

Verify that assigned aircraft are properly equipped, airworthy, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Complete all necessary flight documentation and forms per company policy.

Coordinate destination airport operations, including fuel procurement, aircraft security, and communication with passengers and dispatch officers.
Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma.

Air Transport Pilot License (ATP).

Minimum of 2,000 total flight hours.

Minimum of 500 hours in multi-engine turbojet or multi-engine turboprop aircraft.

Proven experience in a multi-crew environment.

Valid FAA First Class Medical certificate.

Valid driver’s license and valid passport.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Must reside within or be willing to relocate within one hour’s driving distance of the Akron-Canton Airport.
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 3,500 total flight hours.

Minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in a multi-crew environment.

Minimum of 1,000 hours in multi-engine turbine aircraft.

DA-EASY or DA-2EASY type rating.
-
FCC Radio Telephone Operator’s Permit.
