Senior 737 Technical Pilot

The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 737 Technical Pilot to join its Flight Operations team in Seattle, Washington. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to flight safety, flight training, and flight operations, working with professionals across the industry to positively impact Boeing's flight operations and those of its global customers. This high-visibility position within Air Crew Operations, part of Training & Professional Services, requires exceptional communication skills to effectively interact across various functions and levels.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide flight operations, safety, and technical support to Boeing's internal and external customers.
• Maintain qualification as a Boeing Captain on at least one aircraft model.
• Collaborate with other Technical Pilots and Procedure Coordinators in the 737 group.
• Support new aircraft and system development and certification efforts.
• Develop and validate procedures and operating techniques, assisting other Technical Pilots with cross-model procedures.
• Provide information and specialized technical services to company and customer flight crews to enhance flight operations efficiency.
• Consult with cross-functional teams during accident investigations and analysis.
• Research, edit, document, and coordinate publication of procedures and techniques for operating Boeing aircraft.
• Represent Boeing as a technical expert by authoring and presenting professional papers at worldwide safety and flight operational forums.
• Meet with regulatory agencies at the executive level.
• Support sales campaigns by discussing and demonstrating aircraft and new flight technology.
• Serve as a consultant to senior management and other industry professionals.
• Support simulator testing and qualification efforts.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• FAA ATP or foreign equivalent certificate with the appropriate endorsements.
• 737 type rating.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3000 flight hours.
• Experience flying transport category aircraft.
• Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Aircrew Safety training experience.
• Experience creating and revising procedures and checklists.
• Instructor or check pilot or FAR 121 line experience on Boeing aircraft.

The salary range for this Level 4 position is $200,000 - $225,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
