The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Safety Pilot (East Coast/NTSB Liaison) to join our team in one of the following locations:
Heath, OHWright Patterson AFB, OHAnnapolis Junction, MDPatuxent River, MDArlington, VAChantilly, VAFairfax, VAHerndon, VAManassas, VA
This role will provide flight operations, safety and technical support to Boeing internal and external customers at multiple levels around the world.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain qualification as a Boeing Pilot on at least one aircraft modelSupport new aircraft and system development and certification effortsDevelop and validate procedures and operating techniques and assist Technical Pilots with cross-model proceduresProvide information and specialized safety services to Company and customer flight crews to enhance flight operation efficiencyConsult with cross-functional teams during accident investigations and analysisResearch, edit documents and coordinate publication of procedures and techniques for operating Boeing aircraftRepresent Boeing as subject matter experts by authoring and presenting professional papers at worldwide safety and flight operational forumsMeet with regulatory agencies at the executive levelSupport sales campaigns by discussing and demonstrating aircraft and new flight technologyServe as consultants to senior management and other industry professionalsWorks under minimal directionAct as Boeing East Coast/NTSB Liaison
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Commercial Certificate or FAA ATP with appropriate endorsements2000 flight hoursExperience in aviation safetyExperience in flight procedures and flight crew environmentExperience in airplane accident investigation and/or training1 or more Boeing Type RatingsFlight Operations Customer Support Experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $200,000 – $230,000
