Boeing is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Engagement Pilot to join its team in Tokyo, Japan. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the safety and advancement of Boeing flight operations worldwide while collaborating with industry professionals and contributing to a world-class team.

The Role:

As a Global Engagement Pilot, you will be a key member of the Pilot Services Team, responsible for extensive customer engagement to enhance flight operations safety and promote the effective utilization of Boeing products. You will represent Boeing to industry and regulatory bodies, engaging with pilots, managers, regulators, executives, and subject matter experts. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of flight safety, training, and operations.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is negotiable for eligible candidates (one-way relocation only). Boeing will sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position is locally hired in Tokyo. Benefits and compensation are determined locally and are not part of the Boeing U.S. payroll system. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, aligning with applicable local laws.
