About the Job

The First Officer will be entrusted with significant responsibilities and will receive comprehensive mentorship from experienced Captains to facilitate career advancement. As a member of a motivated and dynamic pilot team, the First Officer will contribute to the creation of unforgettable travel experiences for TUI fly's passengers.

About the Training

Upon successful completion of the selection process, the First Officer will be enrolled in the B737 Type Rating Course provided by TUI fly. This course will equip the candidate with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate the B737 aircraft effectively. Following successful completion of the type rating, the First Officer will commence line training. TUI fly is covering the cost of the type rating course this year, presenting an exceptional opportunity for aspiring commercial airline pilots. The start date and notice periods can be discussed during the recruitment process.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
  • A valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
  • A valid EU passport.
  • Fluency in English (minimum ELP 5); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Our Selection Process

The selection process includes the following stages:

  1. CV screening
  2. Online technical questionnaire
  3. HR interview and simulator assessment at CAE Steenokkerzeel
  4. Online psychological testing
