Please note this role supports our Cabin Crew community and is NOT a Cabin Crew position.
The role is offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis for up tp 12 months and we are happy to consider a hybrid working model with approximately 1 to 2 days per week based onsite at our local office at Hannover Airport.

ABOUT THE JOB

Organisation and coordination of all cabin training formats with the relevant interfaces (e.g. basic courses, refresher courses, service & commercial training) as well as support in the recruitment of new flight attendants

Development of training guides, lesson and flow plans for the cabin

Further development of existing training formats and conception of new ones in cooperation with TUI Airline
-
Coordination and contact person for the Customer Experience & Cabin Crew trainers (organisation of trainer meetings, qualification of trainers, integration of new trainers, etc.)

Support and, if necessary, management of projects with a focus on training and education in cooperation with the TUI airline

Contact person for uniform topics for the cabin crews as well as further development of the uniform wearing regulations and back office processes

General administrative activities as well as the writing and publication of internal tenders and work instructions such as OPS Notam, BlueTAMs, Briefing Box Cabin, etc.

Further development, organisation, support, as well as preparation and follow-up of the selection procedures for the continued employment of temporary flight attendants (season selection)
ABOUT YOU
-
Completed vocational training in the commercial sector as well as experience in office administration required

Experience as a project manager agent in complex projects with interdisciplinary project teams, preferably necessary in an international environment

At least good knowledge of MS Office
