TUI fly Belgium is seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Officer to join its dynamic team. Responsibilities:
The First Officer will assume significant operational responsibilities under the guidance of experienced Captains. Active mentoring will be provided to facilitate professional growth and advancement within the company.
Qualifications:
- Valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
- Valid Boeing 737 type rating and completed line check.
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- Valid EU passport.
- Fluency in English (ELP 5 minimum); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Selection Process:
- Curriculum Vitae screening.
- Online technical questionnaire.
- HR interview and simulator assessment at CAE Steenokkerzeel.
- Online psychological testing.
Compensation and Benefits:
