Solairus Aviation is searching for an exceptional Hawker 900XP Captain to join their esteemed team at the KRKD airport. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to safety, service, and integrity within a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities:

The Captain is directly responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Hawker 900XP aircraft, adhering to the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements. This includes but is not limited to:

Maintaining a thorough understanding of the aircraft's systems, performance characteristics, and maintenance status.
Conducting comprehensive pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
Meticulously analyzing weather conditions, route planning, and assessing potential alternate airports.
Ensuring all flights are conducted in strict compliance with Solairus Aviation's policies, procedures, and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
Prioritizing the safety and well-being of all passengers and crew members at all times.
Completing all required trip paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Total Flight Time: 3000 hours
Pilot in Command (PIC): 1500 hours
Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
MEL PIC: 500 hours
Turbo Jet Time: 500 hours
Instrument Time: 250 hours

Specific Requirements:

Possess a valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
Hold a current type rating on the Hawker 900XP or a comparable aircraft.
Be readily available for on-call duty.
Demonstrate willingness and ability to successfully complete annual ICAO International Procedures Training.
Reside within a 2-hour driving radius of KRKD or be willing to relocate.

Compensation:

Solairus Aviation offers a competitive salary structure ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on factors such as experience level, geographic location, aircraft type, job responsibilities, training requirements, and the specific account assignment.
