About the Opportunity:

Solairus Aviation is searching for an experienced and service-oriented individual to join their team as a Full-Time Flight Attendant based in San Jose, CA (KSJC). This position requires a highly motivated and flexible team player committed to delivering an exceptional level of personal service and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers aboard a Gulfstream G550 aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Safety and Passenger Care:
- Providing comprehensive safety briefings and ensuring passenger understanding of safety equipment.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers during all phases of flight, including emergency situations.
- Offering assistance to passengers with special needs, including children, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
- Maintaining a calm and reassuring demeanor during unexpected events such as turbulence.
Service Excellence:
- Delivering an unparalleled level of personalized service to passengers throughout the flight.
- Greeting passengers warmly, assisting with personal belongings, and facilitating a seamless boarding and disembarking experience.
- Anticipating passenger needs and proactively addressing them with discretion and professionalism.
Culinary Expertise:
- A passion for food and culinary arts is essential, with advanced culinary training being highly preferred.
- Responsibilities include meticulous planning, provisioning, preparation, and presentation of meals and beverages tailored to passenger preferences.
Aircraft Management:
- Maintaining the pristine condition of the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck, ensuring a consistently immaculate and welcoming environment for passengers.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight checks, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment are onboard.
- Completing all required pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Aviation Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant is required.
Specialized Training: Formal flight attendant training from reputable institutions such as FlightSafety or FACTS is highly desired. Candidates with equivalent experience may be considered but must complete initial flight attendant training prior to flight assignments.
Safety and First Aid: Current First Aid Certification and thorough knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations are essential.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers, crew members, and clients are crucial.
Technological Proficiency: The ability to confidently operate cabin management systems, galley equipment, and in-flight entertainment systems is essential.
Flexibility and Adaptability: This position requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment with a constantly changing schedule, including short-notice flights and extended trips.

Additional Information:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the assigned account.
