Solairus Aviation is actively recruiting for a Full-Time Falcon 2000S Captain to support operations at the KDLL airport. Essential Responsibilities and Duties

The Falcon 2000S Captain is responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft and conducting all flights with prudence and adherence to regulations and company policies. Key duties include:

  • Ensuring the safe operation of the Falcon 2000S aircraft.
  • Conducting flights in a safe and prudent manner, including but not limited to:
    • Reviewing the current maintenance status of the aircraft.
    • Performing thorough pre-flight inspections as per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
    • Conducting comprehensive checks of weather conditions and facilities along the flight route, including alternate airports.
    • Ensuring all flights comply with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
    • Prioritizing the safety of all passengers, the aircraft, and the crew.
    • Accurately completing all required trip paperwork according to established procedures.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following flight time minimums:

  • Total Flight Time: 3,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine Land PIC Time: 500 hours
  • Time in Turbo Jet Aircraft: 500 hours
  • Instrument Flight Time: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications and Certifications

  • Type rating on the Falcon 2000S or a comparable aircraft is required.
  • A current First Class Medical certificate is mandatory.
  • Availability to work on an on-call basis is essential.
  • Must complete annual ICAO International procedures training.
  • The captain must maintain a primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KDLL or be willing to relocate.

Compensation and Benefits
