Solairus Aviation invites applications for the highly specialized role of Full-Time Falcon 900 B/C Captain. This position supports a multi-pilot, long-term aviation operation based at Teterboro Airport (KTEB) in New Jersey. Essential Responsibilities and Duties

The Falcon 900 Captain is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Falcon 900 aircraft. The Captain ensures all flights are conducted in a safe and prudent manner, maintaining strict compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and Solairus Aviation policies and procedures.

• Assumes complete command and operational responsibility for the Falcon 900 aircraft during all phases of flight.
• Ensures the safety and well-being of all passengers, the aircraft, and the flight crew.
• Conducts comprehensive review and verification of the aircraft’s maintenance status prior to flight departure.
• Performs a thorough pre-flight inspection in strict accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Completes an exhaustive check of meteorological conditions, facility status, and navigational data along the intended route, including primary and alternate airports.
• Ensures accurate and timely completion of all required trip paperwork and flight logs in alignment with current operational procedures.
• Maintains regulatory compliance by completing annual ICAO International procedures training.

Minimum Professional Qualifications

Prospective Captains must meet the following minimum flight experience requirements:

• Total Flight Time: 3,000 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land Pilot in Command (MEL PIC) Time: 500 hours
• Time in Turbo Jet Aircraft: 500 hours
• Instrument Time: 250 hours

Specific Certification and Logistical Requirements

• Type Rated on the Dassault Falcon 900 aircraft, or demonstrable experience on a comparable heavy jet platform.
• Possession of a current First Class FAA Medical Certificate is mandatory.
• Must maintain immediate availability and flexibility to work on an on-call basis to meet client travel demands.
• The Captain must establish a primary residence within a two-hour drive of the KTEB base, or be willing to immediately relocate.

The estimated salary range for applicable positions falls between $50,000 and $500,000 annually.
