Responsibilities:
The G650 Captain will be entrusted with the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, ensuring every flight adheres to the highest industry standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Safe Aircraft Operation: Ensuring the safe and responsible operation of the G650 aircraft at all times.
- Pre-Flight Preparation & Adherence to Regulations: Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual, meticulously reviewing aircraft maintenance status, and remaining current with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and Solairus Aviation policies.
- Meticulous Flight Planning & Execution: Diligently planning each flight, including detailed weather analysis, route familiarization, and assessment of airport facilities along with designated alternate airports.
- Prioritizing Safety & Passenger Well-being: Maintaining an unwavering focus on the safety and well-being of all passengers and crew throughout every flight.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Diligently completing all necessary trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures.
Qualifications:
- Total Flight Time: 3000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1500 hours
- MEL PIC Time: 500 hours
- Turbojet Time: 500 hours
- Instrument Time: 250 hours
Specific Qualifications & Requirements:
- Hold a valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Possess a current G650 type rating or equivalent experience on a comparable aircraft.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ICAO International procedures and commit to annual training.
- Be comfortable working on an on-call basis.
- Reside within a 2-hour driving distance of KCMA airport or be willing to relocate.
