Gulfstream G500 Captain - Solairus Aviation
Solairus Aviation seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Full-Time Gulfstream G500 Captain to join its operations based at KGFL airport. Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
The Captain will be responsible for the safe operation of the G500 aircraft, ensuring all flights are conducted prudently and in accordance with, but not limited to, the following:
- Pre-flight review of aircraft maintenance status.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections as per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Comprehensive weather and facility checks along the planned route, including alternate airports.
- Adherence to Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Prioritizing the safety of all passengers, crew, and aircraft.
- Accurate and timely completion of all required trip documentation.
Qualifications:
- Total flight time: 3000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1500 hours
- Multi-engine land (MEL) time: 1500 hours
- Multi-engine land Pilot-in-Command (MEL PIC) time: 500 hours
- Turbojet time: 500 hours
- Instrument time: 250 hours
Specific Qualifications and Certifications:
- Type rating on a Gulfstream G500 or comparable aircraft.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- Availability for on-call assignments.
- Ability to complete annual ICAO International procedures training.
- Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KGFL airport, or willingness to relocate.
Additional Information:
Compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 to $500,000 annually, dependent on factors such as geographic location, experience level, aircraft type, job duties, training, and assigned account. Salary information is based on market data collected from various industry sources.
