Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Global 6000 Captain for an operation based in Van Nuys, California (KVNY). The Captain will ensure the safe and prudent operation of the Global 6000 aircraft, provide exceptional support to client travel, maintain the highest standards of safety, service, and integrity, and meticulously manage all operational, regulatory, and trip-documentation requirements.
The Captain is entrusted with the ultimate responsibility for the safe operation of the Global 6000 aircraft, conducting all flights with the utmost safety and prudence. Key responsibilities include thorough review of aircraft maintenance status, execution of comprehensive pre-flight inspections according to the approved Aircraft Flight Manual, and meticulous evaluation of weather, facilities, route information, and destination/alternate airport conditions. The role demands strict adherence to Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, ensuring the paramount safety of passengers, the aircraft, and the crew. Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures is also a critical duty.
