Solairus Aviation | BD-700 Captain

Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Global 6000 Captain for an operation based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This Captain will be responsible for the safe and prudent operation of the Global 6000 aircraft, ensuring reliable client travel in accordance with company procedures and federal regulations.

About the Role

The Global 6000 Captain will oversee the safe operation of the aircraft, conducting flights in a safe and prudent manner. Responsibilities include reviewing aircraft maintenance status, completing pre-flight inspections as per the Aircraft Flight Manual, assessing weather and route conditions, and ensuring compliance with all Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations. The Captain is also tasked with protecting the safety of passengers, the aircraft, and the crew, and accurately completing all necessary trip paperwork.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time.
• Minimum of 500 hours MEL PIC time.
• Minimum of 500 hours turbojet flight time.
• Minimum of 250 hours instrument flight time.
• Must possess a type rating on the Global 6000 or a comparable aircraft.
• Must hold a first-class medical certificate.
• Availability to work on an on-call basis is required.
• Annual completion of ICAO International procedures training.
• Must maintain a primary residence within a two-hour drive of KFXE or be willing to relocate.
