The Captain is responsible for the safe and prudent operation of the Gulfstream G150 and Global 5000 aircraft. Key duties include reviewing aircraft maintenance status, conducting thorough pre-flight inspections, planning flight routes by checking weather and airport conditions, and ensuring adherence to Solairus Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations. The Captain also holds ultimate responsibility for the safety of all passengers, the aircraft, and the crew, and must accurately complete all trip-related paperwork.
