Job Purpose

The Flight Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional first-class experience to owners and guests while upholding safety, discretion, and the highest standards of cabin presentation and service.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Pre-flight preparations: Prepare the aircraft for flight by ordering and verifying catering, setting up the cabin for optimal passenger comfort, and ensuring the aircraft is maintained in pristine condition prior to departure.
  • In-flight Service: Deliver impeccable first-class service to elite clientele while maintaining cabin standards; manage menu selections and plate presentation.
  • Safety & Compliance: Complete, maintain, and remain current on all required safety training and certifications as mandated by Transport Canada; ensure all safety and emergency procedures are consistently followed.
  • Post-Flight Support: Groom the cabin while on duty; perform necessary shopping to maintain on-board stock and catering for the duration of trips.
  • Logistics: Arrange hotel accommodations and ground transportation for owners upon request.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Previous experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant or experience in the high-end service sector.
  • Valid Canadian passport, driver’s license, and credit card.
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client flight requirements, including short-notice flights.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
