Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in preflight briefings, produce necessary reports, perform safety checks, and prepare the aircraft for flight.
  • Ensure aircraft is sufficiently stocked with food, beverages, and supplies; collect payments and maintain inventory records.
  • Execute passenger greetings, check boarding passes, provide information, assist with baggage stowage, and provide support to passengers requiring assistance.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations, provide instruction on emergency equipment and exit row seating requirements, and manage audio equipment.
  • Perform aisle checks to ensure passenger compliance with federal regulations and maintain ongoing cabin service for passenger comfort.
  • Prepare passengers and the aircraft for landing in accordance with company procedures and federal regulations.
  • Respond to in-flight emergencies by providing direction, administering first aid, and completing incident reports.
  • Submit all required documentation, forms, and administrative paperwork.
  • Maintain courteous and professional interactions with all customers and vendors.
  • Perform additional operational responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Hold a valid US Passport (must not expire within six months).
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
  • Minimum of 18 days of availability per month.
  • Must possess and maintain a personal cell phone.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug test, drug and alcohol screenings, and a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).
  • Customer service experience required; hospitality or retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Ability to travel to Canada and maintain valid documentation for entry into all international destinations.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and perform movements such as standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and bending for up to 14 hours or more.
  • Availability to work variable duty blocks, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods away from home base.
  • Ability to complete Initial Flight Attendant training and Operational Experience successfully.
  • Must maintain a polished, professional, and conservative appearance; no visible tattoos or body piercings are permitted while on duty.
  • Capacity to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Must reside within two hours of the AZA/PHX area.
