Pilot Pathway Program

SkyWest Airlines is seeking highly motivated individuals to join its Pilot Pathway Program, located in St. George, Utah. This program offers aspiring pilots a unique opportunity to advance their careers and achieve Airline Transport Pilot standards. The length of the program is dependent on the individual's progress in meeting prerequisites.

Participants will work closely with a dedicated SkyWest Mentor and gain access to enhanced seniority benefits, a guaranteed final interview, and invaluable mentorship from experienced pilots. Unlike a traditional internship, the Pilot Pathway Program allows students to remain at their campus and complete flight training. Each member receives personalized guidance from SkyWest advocates and pilots and may have the chance to participate in SkyWest recruiting events and outreach programs.

Please note that this is an unpaid position. However, lodging will be provided if travel is required for company business.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Hold an FAA commercial multi-engine and instrument pilot certificate (recommended but not required).
• No more than three failed check rides (stage checks do not apply).
• Demonstrated organizational skills and advanced ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• FAA CFI not required for military, rotor transition, and specified partnerships.
