About the Role
Jet Linx Aviation is seeking motivated individuals for its Destination 225° Cadet Pathway program in Omaha, NE. This ab initio pilot development program, offered in partnership with Southwest Airlines and CAE, provides a structured four- to five-year career progression. Participants will build flight time within Jet Linx's FAA Part 135 fleet, preparing them for future aviation careers.

Requirements

Acceptance into the Destination 225 program via Southwest Airlines acceptance letter.

Active enrollment in the affiliated CAE ab initio program.

Minimum two-year commitment to Jet Linx Aviation.

Recommendation letter confirming good standing in coursework and flight training.

Current resume detailing flight times, ratings, and applicable experience.

Successful completion of TSA background screening.

Successful completion of a criminal-history records check.

Successful completion of FAA/DOT drug testing.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Satisfy Southwest Airlines prescreening requirements.

Ability to relocate to Omaha, NE.

At least 21 years of age at the time of application.

Authorized to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship.

Possession of a USA DOT/FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Ability to obtain a valid passport for international travel.

Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications

Degree or certification from the CAE ab initio program.

Commercial Pilot License (CPL).

Instrument Rating.

Multi-Engine Rating.

Restricted Airline Transport Pilot (R-ATP) requirements met.
Responsibilities
