Position Summary

SkyShare seeks an experienced and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join its esteemed team. This critical role will be based at the CB SkyShare FBO, located at Ogden Airport in Ogden, Utah. The Human Resources Specialist will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the employee experience, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and regulations within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering human resources programs, including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
• Supporting talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top aviation professionals.
• Providing guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and aviation industry regulations.
• Contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

A proven track record in human resources, with a preference for experience within the aviation industry or a related field. Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
