Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Fostering positive employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
• Developing and delivering training programs.
• Maintaining HR records and systems.

Qualifications:
