Jaco Oil Company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Corporate Pilot to lead and manage its private flight department. Operating a King Air 200GT and Cessna T210 under Part 91, this role offers the unique opportunity for a motivated Pilot-in-Command to oversee all aspects of flight operations while maintaining the autonomy of single-pilot command. About the Role
The Corporate Pilot will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the King Air 200GT and Cessna T210 aircraft, ensuring full compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. This integral position extends beyond flying, encompassing comprehensive management of the flight department. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with company leadership, overseeing all operational logistics and administration for approximately 150 flight hours annually.

Operate King Air 200GT and Cessna T210 aircraft in adherence to FARs and company policy.

Oversee daily flight department functions, including aircraft readiness, maintenance coordination, scheduling, and tracking.

Coordinate travel plans and scheduling directly with company leadership.

Arrange essential ground transportation, fuel stops, and FBO/airport services for trips.

Monitor weather and operational conditions to ensure informed go/no-go decisions.

Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and routine checks, proactively identifying mechanical issues.

Cultivate strong professional relationships with maintenance facilities, FBOs, and regulatory contacts.

Manage regulatory compliance and general flight department administration.
Requirements

Possess an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine, Instrument Rating, and a high-altitude endorsement. An Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate is highly preferred.

Minimum flight experience:

3,000 hours Total Time (TT)

250 hours in King Air 200 aircraft

Demonstrated single-pilot Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience in cross-country operations.
