Second-in-Command (SIC) - Citation XLS Gen 2
Schubach Aviation, a premier Part 91/135 charter and aircraft management company, is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Second-in-Command (SIC) to join their dynamic team. This full-time position is dedicated to a 2022 Citation XLS Gen 2, based in Carlsbad, California, and is available for immediate hire. The ideal candidate will be a professional, dynamic team player, prepared to contribute to a busy operation with a diverse fleet of aircraft.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include 1000 hours total flight time, 500 hours as SIC, 500 hours in multi-engine land aircraft, 150 hours of instrument time, and 100 hours of turbine engine time. The candidate must be able to pass a PRIA/FAA NATA background check and drug and alcohol screening. The individual should be based or willing to relocate within a one-hour drive of Carlsbad, CA, and possess a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and excellent customer relation skills. A clean safety record, free of violations or at-fault accidents, is essential.
Position Details
This SIC position will be dedicated full-time to a single aircraft. Prior jet experience is preferred. While an XLS type rating is preferred, it is not required, as the company is willing to type rate the right candidate. A competitive salary, commensurate with experience, is offered.
