New pilots will begin their careers on modern aircraft, specifically the Airbus A320 or Embraer 190. Required qualifications include an EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (A), Commercial Pilot Licence (A), or Multi Crew Pilot License. Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are acceptable but must be converted before the start of employment. Candidates must also possess an Instrument Rating, an EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate, have completed an Advanced UPRT course, and demonstrate English Language Proficiency at Level 5 or higher. Furthermore, they must have the right to live and work within the EU and possess a clean criminal record.
