Talent Acquisition Specialist - Frontline Recruitment (Cabin Crew)

About the Role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of SAS by identifying and attracting top talent to join our Cabin Crew team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from advertising roles and screening candidates to coordinating assessment days and facilitating a seamless candidate journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and post engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of cabin crew candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial pre-selection calls/video interviews to assess candidates against job criteria.
- Organize and facilitate assessment days, managing logistics such as venue, schedule, candidate communication, and assessor coordination.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment data, ensuring accurate candidate records and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders in the recruitment process, including People Partners and cabin crew managers, to deliver and continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Promote our brand and culture by engaging with candidates through various recruitment channels and events.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with internal policies and industry standards, including DEI initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years of experience within frontline or high-volume recruitment. Experience within the aviation industry is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of candidates and coordinate multiple assessment days.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for engaging candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience and maintaining professionalism in all candidate interactions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, team members, and other departments.
- Willingness to travel and support assessment days, sometimes during non-traditional hours.
