Cabin Crew Recruitment - Jettime

Jettime is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Cabin Crew team at our bases in Copenhagen and Billund, Denmark. This role offers the opportunity to ensure passenger safety and create exceptional onboard experiences, contributing to memorable journeys for our guests.

Employment Options

We offer both full-time permanent contracts and seasonal contracts (May to October).

Experience as Cabin Crew is considered a plus.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 20 years
  • Fluency in Danish or Swedish, and good English language skills
  • High school diploma or 2+ years of work experience in service or healthcare
  • Stable mental and physical health; able to swim 200 meters unaided
  • Ability to pass an aeromedical exam and drug/alcohol test
  • Height between 160–195 cm
  • Valid EU passport with at least 6 months’ validity at course start
  • Ability to reach CPH Airport within 90 minutes during standby
  • Eligibility for security clearance and a clean criminal record
  • Willingness to adhere to Jettime’s uniform policy (visible tattoos must be approved)

Training and Onboarding

A 4-week Cabin Crew training course is provided free of charge at Jettime HQ in Copenhagen. Successful completion of all exams and a background check is required for employment, and a bonus equivalent to one month’s base salary is awarded upon completion.

About Jettime

Jettime provides aircraft and crew services to major Nordic tour operators and scheduled airlines.

Salary and Benefits

Employment is under our Cabin Crew Collective Agreement (CLA), which includes:

Experienced cabin crew (more than 2 years of experience) will be placed above the entry-level of the salary scale.

Application Process

Recruitment is ongoing. Candidates who pass the initial screening will be invited to an assessment day, expected to last approximately 4 hours. The Cabin Crew training course begins in early April 2026.
