Position Summary

Safran is seeking a dedicated Aeronautical Instructor (Reference: SAESA SHOP 1-176630) to join our Performance and Support team. This full-time, permanent position is based in Querétaro, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training to technical and administrative personnel in accordance with civil aviation and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive theoretical and practical training to staff.
Manage all training-related documentation and maintain the quality system.
Assess the efficiency of training programs and evaluate personnel competencies.
Provide support during both internal and external audits.
Monitor operational and administrative personnel competencies in coordination with the Quality department.
Schedule and secure facilities for mandatory civil aviation authority courses.
Facilitate the development and follow-up of On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Design and develop new courses and study programs.
Update training materials based on technical publications and modifications.
Evaluate technical personnel for scope expansion.
Promote active participation in QRQC, HSE, 5S, and IGP audits.
Generate performance reports and KPIs regarding the training plan for senior management.

Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering and/or a Class II Engine License.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field.
Languages: Fluent in English.
Technical Skills: Proficient in office software and administrative tools; solid understanding of the aeronautical sector, with preference for candidates with engine-specific experience.
