Position Overview
SURJET invites applications for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Cabin Attendant to join its dynamic team. This full-time position is based at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport and involves providing exemplary service aboard large-cabin corporate aircraft. The Cabin Attendant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the utmost comfort and satisfaction of passengers through meticulous attention to detail and proactive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
The Cabin Attendant will be responsible for a comprehensive range of duties, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for all passengers. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Executing all required duties within an aircraft setting, strictly adhering to established laws, FAA regulations, and company policies.
- Ensuring the aircraft and passengers comply fully with all safety measures, policies, and procedures.
- Consistently providing exceptional service to meet and surpass customer expectations, prioritizing guest comfort before and during flights.
- Expertly preparing and serving a variety of meals, snacks, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Coordinating and managing catering arrangements for clients, including procurement and retrieval.
- Maintaining an impeccable, well-groomed, and professional appearance at all times as a representative of SURJET.
- Ensuring the aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatory areas are consistently clean, organized, well-stocked, and presentable.
- Performing thorough cleaning, wiping down, and vacuuming of the aircraft after each leg of a journey.
- Independently operating all galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment systems without direct supervision.
- Managing and organizing itemized receipts for invoicing, billing, and expense reporting via Jet Insight.
- Assisting with onboard petty cash management, including tracking expenditures, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with accounting.
- Responding promptly and effectively during emergency situations by executing instructions from the flight deck and adhering to all safety and emergency protocols.
- Assisting passengers with lifting and stowing baggage/luggage into aircraft storage areas as needed.
- Complying with additional duties or tasks as assigned by Operations, Management, or the Pilot in Command (PIC).
Qualifications and Requirements
SURJET seeks a highly qualified and dedicated professional who meets the following criteria:
- A minimum of three (3) years of corporate Cabin Hostess experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possession of a valid passport.
- Authorization to work in the United States and to travel to and from the United States without restrictions.
- A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- A current Corporate Cabin Host safety training certificate from FACTS, HRD, Flight Safety, or CAPS.
- Current CPR certification.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Residency within 1.5 hours driving distance of Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport. (Relocation fees are not provided.)
- Demonstrated background in Customer Service.
- Prior service experience in bartending, waitressing, or hosting is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage challenging situations effectively.
- Flexibility with work schedules, including availability for overnight stays, extended international trips, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
- Physical capability to carry and lift baggage.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods with limited rest periods.
- Comfort with exposure to common allergens such as peanuts and pets.
