The Role: Airbus A320 First Officer

The First Officer, operating the Airbus A320 family, is a crucial member of the flight deck, working under the guidance of the Captain. This role is integral to ensuring safe, efficient, and punctual flight operations across the expanding SKY express network. Key responsibilities include comprehensive flight preparation and planning, continuous monitoring of advanced aircraft systems, providing essential support to the Captain in time-critical decision-making, and maintaining exemplary communication. The First Officer is required to collaborate seamlessly with the Captain, Cabin Crew, and Air Traffic Control (ATC) to uphold the highest standards of operational safety and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following non-negotiable professional and regulatory requirements:

• Possession of a valid EASA ATPL(A) or CPL/IR (frozen ATPL).
• Valid Airbus A320 Type Rating.
• Minimum 1,000 hours of total flying experience.
• Minimum 500 hours flight experience specifically on the Airbus A320 family.
• Valid EASA Class 1 Flight Crew Medical Certificate.
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) endorsement of Level 4 or higher.
• Demonstrable fluency in both oral and written English.
• Ability to provide a certified No-Incident/No-Accident certificate issued by the relevant authority or previous employer.
• Unrestricted legal right to live and work within the European Union (EU).
• Clear criminal record.
• Proficiency in modern information technology systems (IT literate).

Note: A last flight on type completed within the preceding 12 months is highly preferred.
