Cabin Crew Opportunities: Scandinavian Airlines (SAS)
Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) is expanding and seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Cabin Crew, including Air Hosts, Hostesses, and Air Stewards. We are recruiting for base locations across Scandinavia, including Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo, and Bergen. As a member of our team, you will ensure onboard safety, deliver exceptional service, and represent one of Scandinavia’s leading airlines.
Minimum Requirements

Age: Minimum 18 years (20 years for Norway base locations).

Education: Completed high school or equivalent.

Height: Between 160 cm and 190 cm (without shoes).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.

Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Skills: Strong swimming ability.

Documentation: Valid EU passport allowing free travel worldwide.

Availability: Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Location: Must meet local residency and commuting requirements for the selected base.

Compliance: Ability to comply with SAS uniform regulations.
Preferred Qualifications

Professional background in hospitality, sales, food & beverage, restaurants, hotels, catering, or events.

Culinary, wine, or premium service experience is advantageous for specialist onboard roles.

Previous Cabin Crew experience is beneficial but not mandatory for all positions.

Experienced Cabin Crew applicants must hold a valid EASA Attestation and Medical, and possess a minimum of one year of continuous experience as Senior Cabin Crew within the past five years.
Security and Medical Requirements
Employment is subject to the following:

Successful completion of a Security Assessment, including a security interview, 5-year background check, reference checks, and an exhaustive police certificate.

Passing drug and alcohol testing (blood and urine samples).

Medical approval according to EASA regulations, including good physical and mental health and vision of +/- 0.7 (with or without correction).

Approval by relevant aviation authorities for working in airport security-restricted areas.

Successful completion of the company Cabin Crew training course.

Recruitment Process
Our selection process includes an online assessment, video introduction, Assessment Center, background and security checks, medical examination, and formal training. Training courses are scheduled for fall 2026 and spring 2027.
