Requirements

Minimum age of 20 years.

Minimum height of 160 cm, or ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.

Ability to swim.

Valid work permit for Norway.

Willingness to undergo and pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring.

Clean criminal record.
-
No visible tattoos on the face or neck.

Hand tattoos or tattoos behind the ear must not exceed 1.5 cm in size.

Reside within 90 minutes of the Bergen base or be willing to relocate.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Willingness to work a rotating schedule covering 24/7 shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
Qualifications

Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).

Possess a valid medical certificate or be able to obtain one.

Preferably fluent in a Scandinavian language.

Preferably completed upper secondary school (academic or practical training track), or equivalent education. Relevant experience in service professions may compensate for formal education in some cases.

An approved background check for admission card acquisition.

Successful completion of the airline's training course.
