Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) is actively seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join its Cabin Crew team across various Scandinavian bases, including Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo. About the Role
As Cabin Crew for SAS, the primary responsibilities include upholding onboard safety standards, delivering outstanding customer service, and acting as a brand ambassador for the airline. Air Stewards in Copenhagen will undertake additional duties related to onboard dining and premium service. This position offers a dynamic work environment, meeting diverse passengers from around the globe while ensuring a comfortable and secure flight experience.
Requirements

Minimum age of 18 (20 years for Norway base locations).

Completed high school education or equivalent.

Height between 160 cm and 190 cm (without shoes).

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Strong swimming skills.

Valid EU passport for unrestricted worldwide travel.

Availability to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Ability to meet local residency and commuting requirements for the selected base location.

Compliance with SAS uniform regulations.
Qualifications and Additional Experience

Experience in hospitality, sales, food & beverage service, restaurants, hotels, catering, or events is advantageous.

For specialist onboard service roles, a background in hospitality, culinary arts, wine, or premium service is beneficial.

Previous Cabin Crew experience is not mandatory for all positions.

For experienced Cabin Crew: A valid EASA Attestation and Medical, and a minimum of one year of continuous Senior Cabin Crew experience within the past five years.

Candidates must pass an approved Security Assessment, including background checks, reference checks, and a police certificate.

Successful completion of the training course and meeting all company requirements for Cabin Crew employment.

Good physical and mental health, with vision of +/- 0.7 (with or without correction), and the ability to obtain medical approval according to EASA regulations.

Successful completion of drug and alcohol tests.

Approval from relevant aviation authorities due to working within airport security restricted areas.
