Norwegian is seeking permanent Cabin Crew members to join their team in Oslo, Norway. This role involves providing exceptional passenger service and ensuring a safe, memorable travel experience. Training courses for successful candidates will commence between November and February.
About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member, you will undertake diverse responsibilities, acting as a caregiver, psychologist, nanny, chef, and security guard. This dynamic position requires flexibility to work long days, shift work, weekends, and public holidays. The role emphasizes preparedness, calmness under pressure, and a passenger-centric approach to create a safe and enjoyable journey. Comprehensive training will be provided to all new recruits, regardless of prior industry experience.
Requirements

Willingness to work a rotating schedule covering 24/7 shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.

Excitement about travel and new experiences.

No tattoos on the face or neck. Tattoos on hands or behind the ear must not exceed 1.5 cm in size.

Currently living within 90 minutes of the base, or willingness to relocate to meet this requirement.

Ability to swim.

Over 20 years of age.

Minimum height of 160 cm, or ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Valid work permit for the country of application.

Clean criminal record.
Qualifications

Preferably holding a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).

Possession of a valid medical certificate, or the ability to obtain one.

Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring.

Preferably fluent in a Scandinavian language.

Completed upper secondary school (academic or practical training track), or equivalent education. Relevant service experience may compensate for formal schooling in some cases.
Additional Information
Selected candidates will be required to obtain an approved medical certificate (including intoxication/alcohol testing) and undergo an approved background check for an admission card. Successful completion of the company's training course is mandatory. Travel will exceed 150 days per year.
