Norwegian Air Shuttle | Flight Attendant

Norwegian is seeking permanent Cabin Crew Members to join their team in Oslo, Norway. This role offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to provide exceptional passenger experiences while traveling across Europe. Training courses commence from November through February.

About the Role

As a Cabin Crew Member, individuals will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers, embodying a caring and proactive approach. The role demands flexibility to work long days, shift work, weekends, and public holidays. Successful candidates will contribute to creating a safe and memorable travel experience, acting as a vital part of a global team.

Requirements

• Must be over 20 years old.
• Minimum height of 160 cm or ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
• Ability to swim.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Possess a valid work permit for Norway.
• Must live within 90 minutes of the base or be willing to relocate.
• No visible tattoos on the face or neck; hand or behind-ear tattoos must not exceed 1.5 cm in size.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Must have a clean criminal record.

Qualifications

• Preference for a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
• A valid medical certificate or the ability to obtain one.
• Completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track) or equivalent education. Relevant service industry experience may substitute for formal education.
• Preferably fluent in a Scandinavian language.
