The Pilot Careers Ambassador will be responsible for meeting pilot recruitment targets, including screening applications, conducting assessments, and overseeing the offer process. They will liaise with global candidates, providing information about the assessment process and career opportunities at Ryanair. The individual will regularly host and attend global recruitment events to promote Ryanair as an employer of choice. Furthermore, they will serve as the primary point of contact for all candidates and stakeholders, including partner flight schools, while also gathering market intelligence on aviation trends. The role requires close collaboration with Ryanair's Flight Operations and Training departments to achieve agreed targets. Additional ad-hoc duties may be assigned as needed.
Candidates must possess at least one year of experience in a sales, customer service, or similar role. A degree in Business Management, International Business, Human Resources, or a related field is desirable. Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally, are essential, as is a confident and outgoing personality with excellent presentation abilities. The role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, as well as the ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
