Crewlink, the recruitment partner for the Ryanair Group, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join Lauda as Cabin Crew in Zadar. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become part of Europe's largest airline group, providing exceptional customer service and safety to over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights. The position involves working on Ryanair Group aircraft, with the potential to be based at one of their 90+ operational bases.
About the Role
As Cabin Crew, individuals will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training program designed to equip them with essential safety and customer service skills. The training includes regular assessments and culminates in Supernumerary flights leading to Cabin Crew Wings. This role is dynamic and rewarding, with a strong emphasis on safety as the top priority. Successful candidates will operate a shift roster, including early starts and late finishes.

Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height requirement: approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and assist another person.

Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.

Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.

Enjoy interacting with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.

Proficient in spoken and written English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
