About the Role
Crewlink, a recruitment partner for the Ryanair Group, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join Lauda's Cabin Crew team in Zagreb. As part of Europe's largest airline group, successful candidates will operate on Ryanair Group aircraft, contributing to exceptional safety and customer service standards across more than 90 operational bases. About the Role
The Cabin Crew role involves delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience. The initial phase includes a comprehensive six-week training course covering fundamental skills, with regular assessments and supernumerary flights culminating in achieving Cabin Crew Wings. The position is demanding, requiring flexibility with early and late shifts, with potential start times as early as 5 am and return times as late as midnight.
Requirements

Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist others in water.

Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.

Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.

Enjoy dealing with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a "can do" attitude.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English and able to pass an English Language Assessment.
