Cabin Crew Recruitment – Dublin Base
The Ryanair Group is currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our cabin crew team at our Dublin operational base. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training for all successful applicants.
Position Overview
Successful candidates will undergo a mandatory 6-week training course, which includes safety and customer service protocols, regular examinations, and supernumerary flights. Upon graduation, crew members will be stationed at one of our 90+ operational bases. Please note that this role involves demanding shift work, including early starts (as early as 05:00) and late finishes (up to midnight).
Key Requirements

Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height requirement: Approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).

Proficiency in swimming: Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Language proficiency: Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.

Personal attributes: Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality with a "can-do" attitude.

Commitment to safety and the ability to operate effectively within a shift roster.

A demonstrated passion for traveling and interacting with the public.
