Cabin Crew Recruitment – Dublin Base
The Ryanair Group is currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our professional cabin crew team at our Dublin base. Position Overview
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course to develop essential safety and customer service skills. This program includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights before receiving Cabin Crew Wings. Following training, crew members will operate on a fixed 5/3 roster pattern, managing early and late shifts that require flexibility regarding duty hours.
Candidate Requirements

Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height requirement: Approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable nature with a friendly, outgoing personality.
