Cabin Crew Opportunity with the Ryanair Group

The Ryanair Group is actively seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join its expansive cabin crew family, comprising over 16,000 professionals. For those who excel in delivering exceptional service and aspire to rapid career progression, an exciting opportunity awaits. While prior experience is not a prerequisite, a strong sense of enthusiasm and a collaborative team spirit are essential.

The organization is currently recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across numerous bases and invites prospective candidates to attend upcoming In-Person Recruitment Days. Candidates will be extended an invitation to attend these events following a review of their submitted applications.

As Europe's premier airline group, transporting in excess of 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights, the Ryanair Group is identifying the next generation of cabin crew members. These new recruits will be integrated into operations at one of its over 90 operational bases during the autumn and winter seasons. Flying with the Ryanair Group offers significant advantages, including discounted staff travel to over 250 destinations within the network, a fixed 5-day on, 3-day off roster pattern, complimentary training, and industry-leading remuneration.

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This program imparts all fundamental skills necessary for delivering top-tier safety and customer service to guests in the day-to-day role. The curriculum includes rigorous study and periodic examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

Upon joining the Ryanair Group cabin crew, individuals are immediately immersed in the company's culture. The potential for career advancement is extensive, offering pathways to roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even Director of Inflight.

The role of Cabin Crew is both rewarding and enjoyable, though it is a demanding position where safety is paramount. Employees are required to work variable shifts, including early starts as early as 5 am and late finishes until midnight, depending on the roster. A genuine comfort with early mornings is therefore recommended.
