Position Overview
In anticipation of forecasted growth, Hi Fly is actively recruiting a dynamic and experienced Cabin Crew Training Assistant to join its esteemed team. This pivotal role is instrumental in the organization and coordination of all training-related activities within the Cabin Crew Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate training records, efficiently managing logistical aspects, and ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory and internal requirements.
This position demands exceptional attention to detail, superior organizational acumen, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment. A proactive approach and the ability to provide robust support to both operational and training teams are paramount for success in this critical function.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to training programs approved by aviation industry authorities.
- Plan, coordinate, and meticulously ensure the ongoing validity and compliance of the cabin crew training program.
- Maintain and update individual training records and all associated documentation.
- Act as a key liaison with national and international aviation authorities.
- Monitor and rigorously ensure compliance with all relevant aviation training-related legislation.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A university degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrable professional experience in administrative roles.
- Prior professional experience within the aviation industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a mandatory requirement.
