The Cabin Crew professional is primarily responsible for delivering a world-class safety and customer service experience to all Ryanair Group guests. Safety is the number one priority, requiring the crew member to maintain rigorous compliance with all operational procedures.
This role is demanding and requires unwavering dedication to a shift roster. Crew members must be prepared to operate both early and late shifts, reporting for duty as early as 05:00 AM on early rosters, and potentially returning home as late as midnight on late afternoon rosters. Flexibility and adaptability to variable schedules are crucial components of this position.
The journey to becoming a qualified crew member commences with a comprehensive six-week, internationally recognized Cabin Crew Training Course. This program equips candidates with all fundamental skills necessary for the role, covering both safety and service protocols. The training includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the award of Cabin Crew Wings.
