Key Responsibilities and Training

Aspiring cabin crew members will undertake a comprehensive 6-week training program, equipping them with essential skills for their day-to-day duties. This immersive course includes rigorous study and regular assessments, culminating in supernumerary flights and the achievement of Cabin Crew Wings. The role requires adaptability and a commitment to operating a demanding shift roster, including early starts as early as 5 AM and late finishes until midnight, reflecting the dynamic nature of aviation operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate possesses boundless enthusiasm and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, potentially with a background in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles. Essential requirements include the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, the ability to travel freely across the Ryanair Network, and a minimum height of 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm). Candidates must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are crucial, alongside a genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and a 'can-do' attitude. A love for travel and meeting new people is highly valued.
