Cabin Crew Recruitment – Ryanair Group
The Ryanair Group, Europe’s largest airline organization, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our professional cabin crew team at one of our 90+ operational bases for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season. With a network spanning over 250 destinations and a daily schedule exceeding 3,600 flights, we offer a dynamic environment for those dedicated to safety and exceptional customer service.
Position Overview
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training program to acquire the fundamental skills required for in-flight operations. This training includes regular examinations and culminates in supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. The role requires flexibility, as crew members must operate early and late shifts, with start times as early as 5:00 AM and finish times as late as midnight.
Candidate Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height requirement: Approximately 157 cm (5’2”) to 188 cm (6’2”).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.
