Recruitment Details

The airline is currently recruiting for positions across its extensive network of 90+ operational bases, specifically seeking candidates for cohorts commencing in the Autumn and Winter months. The Role and Responsibilities

As a key representative of the Ryanair Group, the Cabin Crew member’s primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of all guests while providing a top-class customer service experience. Life as Cabin Crew is dynamic and rewarding, though demanding, requiring significant flexibility:

Safety remains the number one priority during all flight operations.
The role operates on a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern.
Crew members must be adaptable to operational requirements, including early and late shifts. Reporting for duty may be required as early as 05:00 AM for morning shifts, with late shifts potentially concluding near midnight.

Training and Career Progression

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive, internationally recognized six-week training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills necessary for the role, culminating in regular examinations and final Supernumerary flights before the award of official Cabin Crew Wings.

Mandatory Requirements for Applicants

Candidates must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered for the Cabin Crew position:

Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work permanently within the EU, with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
Height must be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
Must be comfortable speaking and writing in English with fluency.
Demonstrates an outgoing, friendly personality with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Possesses a strong enjoyment for dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service.
Adaptability and willingness to operate a variable shift roster are essential.
