Currently, the Ryanair Group is actively recruiting candidates for multiple Cabin Crew positions across its vast network of operational bases. Interested applicants whose submissions successfully pass the initial review phase will be invited to attend an In-Person Recruitment Day.

The Role and Responsibilities

As a key representative of the Ryanair Group, the Cabin Crew professional's foremost priority is the delivery of top-class safety and security for all guests and personnel. This position is demanding yet highly rewarding, requiring operational flexibility to accommodate both early and late duty cycles. Crew members may be required to report for duty as early as 05:00 AM on early shifts, or conclude duties as late as midnight on late afternoon rosters.

Based at one of the Group's 90+ operational bases, the crew member will ensure a top-class customer experience for the over 600,000 guests transported daily across 3,600+ flights.

Training and Development

The successful applicant's journey begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course, which results in an internationally recognized Cabin Crew qualification. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills necessary for the role, encompassing regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights, and the official awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements (Essential Criteria)

Candidates must meet the following mandatory and desirable criteria to be considered for the Cabin Crew role:

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU) and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Applicants must be comfortable speaking and writing in English with fluency and ease.
  • Required height must approximate between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Must possess an outgoing, friendly personality, coupled with the ability to provide excellent customer service through a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are essential to work the demanding shift roster patterns.
  • A genuine passion for travelling and meeting diverse individuals is highly desirable.
