Candidate Profile and Essential Requirements
Candidates must meet stringent criteria to ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and company standards. Applicants must satisfy the following essential requirements:
- A minimum age of 18 years or over.
- Possession of a High School Diploma (Baccalaureate Degree) or equivalent.
- Fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language is mandatory.
- A minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- A valid passport without any travel limitations (minimum validity of six months) and the legal right to work in the country of the applied base.
- The ability to swim competently.
- The capacity to reside or relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Candidates must ensure that there are no tattoos or piercings visible when wearing the standard company uniform.
- A genuinely enthusiastic demeanor and a passion for working directly with people.
Note on Medical Compliance: If candidates wear glasses or contact lenses, a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may lead to failure of the mandatory medical examination.
