Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Member
The Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers while upholding the high operational standards of the company. Duties include:
- Maintaining a primary focus on safety compliance and the delivery of superior customer service.
- Performing all ground and in-flight duties strictly in accordance with official Company policies and protocols.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales operations and accurate cash handling procedures.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria, compliance with which will be verified during the recruitment event:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree or equivalent) is required.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Must hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and possess the legal right to work in the country corresponding to the applied base.
- Demonstrated ability to swim.
- Must either reside within, or be prepared to relocate to, an area that is within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, prepared to make this journey according to the operational schedule.
- Candidates must not have visible tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body when wearing the standard airline uniform.
- Must be an enthusiastic, outgoing individual who thrives in collaborative and customer-facing environments.
- Mandatory Medical Note: Candidates with a vision prescription above +4 or below -4 are advised that they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
