The Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be stationed at one of the Group's 90+ operational bases, operating flights across the extensive network. This is a crucial, safety-oriented position responsible for delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to all guests. While previous experience is not required, candidates must possess a strong aptitude for service delivery, exceptional team spirit, and considerable enthusiasm.

This role is demanding and requires significant flexibility regarding working hours. Crew members are required to operate both early and late shifts, which may involve reporting for duty as early as 05:00 AM on the morning roster or returning home as late as midnight on the afternoon roster. A clear understanding of these operational requirements is essential prior to application.

Training and Development

The journey to becoming a fully qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a rigorous, 6-week, internationally recognized Cabin Crew Training Course. This comprehensive program ensures all essential fundamental skills are mastered. The training process involves continuous study and regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights before the official awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Recruitment and Roster Details

The Ryanair Group is actively recruiting Cabin Crew for placement during the Autumn/Winter months across its extensive operational base network.

Fixed Roster: Cabin Crew operate on a reliable 5 days on / 3 days off fixed roster pattern.
Recruitment Day: Interested applicants will be invited to attend an In-Person Recruitment Day, scheduled for 03rd November, following a successful application review.

Essential Candidate Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following essential criteria to be considered for a Cabin Crew position:

Applicants must hold the unrestricted legal right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
Physical stature must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
A high degree of flexibility and adaptability to work a demanding shift roster is essential.
Candidates must possess fluent communication skills, comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
The ideal candidate demonstrates an outgoing and friendly personality, capable of providing excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
