The comprehensive journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a rigorous 6-week training course. This intensive programme is meticulously designed to impart all fundamental skills essential for delivering a top-tier safety and customer service experience. The curriculum includes regular examinations, culminating in invaluable Supernumerary flights and the esteemed award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members are required to meet the following criteria:

• Must possess the unrestricted legal right to live and work within the EU, with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height must be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
• Demonstrated ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Adaptability and willingness to work a dynamic shift roster.
• A genuine enjoyment in engaging with the public, coupled with the ability to provide excellent customer service and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
• A strong passion for travel and meeting diverse individuals.
