Role and Responsibilities

As a Cabin Crew Member, the primary responsibility lies in ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort for all guests, whilst delivering a top-tier customer service experience. This demanding yet profoundly rewarding position requires flexibility and adaptability, as crew members are required to operate both early morning shifts, potentially reporting for duty as early as 5 am, and late-night shifts, which may conclude past midnight. Safety remains the paramount priority in all operational duties.

Training and Career Development

The journey to becoming a fully qualified Cabin Crew Member commences with a rigorous 6-week training course. This intensive program is designed to equip individuals with all fundamental skills essential for the role, encompassing critical safety procedures and the delivery of outstanding customer service. The course incorporates regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the esteemed attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.
